1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing, purchasing, renting, logging into, or using AMP Game Hosting services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
“AMP Game Hosting,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of this hosting service. “You” and “your” refer to the customer, account holder, server administrator, invited user, or any person accessing the service through your account or server.
2. Services Provided
The service may include access to game server hosting, AMP control panel access, server management tools, server configuration, storage, network access, backups, support, and related infrastructure services.
Service availability, supported games, performance levels, storage limits, bandwidth, server locations, hardware resources, support scope, and included features may vary based on plan, configuration, or technical limitations.
We may modify, replace, limit, suspend, or discontinue specific features, game templates, server images, or integrations when needed for security, stability, maintenance, licensing, or operational reasons.
3. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, panel login, passwords, server access, API keys, and any other authentication methods associated with your service.
- You must provide accurate account and contact information when required.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account or server instance.
- You must notify us promptly if you believe your account or server has been compromised.
- You may not sell, transfer, sublicense, or share access in a way that violates these Terms or applicable law.
We may require identity, payment, or ownership verification before making account changes, restoring access, or providing sensitive support.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the service lawfully, responsibly, and in a way that does not harm the platform, other customers, network providers, game communities, or third parties.
Prohibited activity includes:
- Hosting malware, botnets, phishing content, credential theft tools, or malicious scripts.
- Launching denial-of-service attacks, stress testing third-party systems, scanning without authorization, or abusing network resources.
- Using the service to harass, threaten, exploit, dox, stalk, or abuse others.
- Uploading or distributing content that violates applicable law or infringes intellectual property rights.
- Attempting to bypass billing, access controls, security limits, rate limits, or administrative restrictions.
- Running unauthorized cryptocurrency mining, proxy networks, spam systems, or unrelated high-risk workloads.
- Reselling, sublicensing, or commercializing access unless specifically permitted in writing.
- Using game servers for cheating, exploitation, unauthorized automation, or activity that violates a game publisher’s rules.
5. Game Content, Mods, Plugins, and Licensing
You are responsible for ensuring that any game files, mods, plugins, worlds, maps, saves, scripts, configurations, and uploaded content used on your server are properly licensed and permitted by the relevant game publisher, mod author, or rights holder.
We do not guarantee that third-party mods, plugins, server jars, scripts, or game updates will be compatible, secure, stable, or supported. Third-party content may break, corrupt data, reduce performance, or create security risks.
Some games, mods, or server software may have their own license terms, end-user license agreements, commercial-use restrictions, community rules, or attribution requirements. You are responsible for complying with those requirements.
6. Payments, Billing, and Refunds
Paid services may require recurring subscription payments, one-time setup fees, usage fees, storage fees, support fees, or other charges depending on the selected plan or arrangement.
- Payments are due according to the billing terms shown at checkout, invoice, quote, or service agreement.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension, deletion, or termination of services.
- Prices, features, and plan limits may change with notice where practical.
- Refund eligibility, if any, will be determined by the posted refund policy or written agreement in effect at the time of purchase.
If you dispute a charge, you should contact us first so we can review the issue. Chargebacks, payment reversals, or suspected fraud may result in account suspension while the matter is investigated.
7. Availability, Maintenance, and Performance
We aim to provide reliable service, but game hosting depends on many factors, including hardware, network availability, software updates, third-party game services, mods, customer configuration, and upstream providers.
The service may be unavailable or degraded due to maintenance, updates, restarts, power events, hardware failure, security events, network issues, misconfiguration, customer action, game software changes, or events outside our control.
Unless a separate written service-level agreement applies, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific latency, specific player capacity, specific performance, or permanent availability.
8. Data, Backups, and Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining copies of important worlds, saves, configurations, plugins, mods, databases, and files. Backups may be offered as a feature, but they are not a substitute for your own backup practices.
- We may not be able to recover deleted, corrupted, expired, overwritten, or compromised data.
- Backups may be limited by plan, storage availability, retention period, file size, or technical restrictions.
- Data may be deleted after cancellation, non-payment, abuse suspension, or account termination.
- You should download and maintain your own backups before making major changes.
We are not responsible for data loss caused by customer action, mod/plugin failure, game corruption, third-party software, unauthorized access, expired service, or events outside our reasonable control.
9. Security and Administrative Access
We may access servers, files, logs, configurations, databases, and account information as needed to provide support, investigate abuse, secure the platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve technical problems, or enforce these Terms.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other customers’ servers, the host system, internal services, management panels, monitoring systems, or infrastructure components.
You are responsible for securing your own administrators, whitelists, passwords, mod permissions, plugin permissions, world settings, and any third-party access you grant.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to all or part of the service if we believe that:
- You violated these Terms or any applicable policy.
- Your service creates security, legal, operational, network, or abuse risk.
- Your service is unpaid, disputed, fraudulent, or associated with payment risk.
- Your server is harming platform stability or other customers.
- We are required to act by law, provider request, abuse report, court order, or regulatory obligation.
Termination may result in loss of access and deletion of associated files, worlds, saves, configurations, and backups.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an “as available” and “as configured” basis. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against all threats, compatible with every game version, or suitable for every use case.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, game progress loss, or server downtime.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected service during the period giving rise to the claim, unless a different limit is required by applicable law or a separate written agreement.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
For major changes, we may provide notice through the website, account panel, email, invoice, Discord, support channel, or other reasonable method.
