1. Overview
AMP Game Hosting is intended for legitimate game server hosting, player communities, private worlds, multiplayer sessions, server administration, and related hosting activity.
You are responsible for activity on your account, server, instance, panel access, administrators, invited users, plugins, mods, scripts, and any content uploaded or generated through your service.
2. Lawful Use Required
You may only use the service for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to violate applicable laws, regulations, court orders, third-party rights, game publisher rules, platform policies, or network provider requirements.
- Do not host, distribute, or promote illegal content.
- Do not infringe copyrights, trademarks, game licenses, mod licenses, or other intellectual property rights.
- Do not use the service to support fraud, scams, phishing, credential theft, harassment, stalking, threats, or exploitation.
- Do not use the service in a way that creates legal risk for AMP Game Hosting, HomeLAB Node, upstream providers, or other users.
3. Security Abuse
You may not use the service to compromise, attack, probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, networks, services, or data.
Prohibited security activity includes:
- Malware, ransomware, botnets, credential stealers, keyloggers, droppers, or malicious payloads.
- Phishing sites, fake login pages, token theft, account theft, or credential harvesting.
- Unauthorized vulnerability scanning, port scanning, brute forcing, exploitation, or penetration testing.
- Attempts to escape containers, bypass virtualization, access host systems, or attack management infrastructure.
- Attempts to access another customer’s server, files, backups, panel, database, or network traffic.
- Use of stolen credentials, leaked keys, unauthorized tokens, or compromised accounts.
4. Network Abuse
You may not use the service in a way that disrupts, overloads, attacks, or degrades networks, providers, customers, third parties, or the hosting platform.
- No denial-of-service attacks, DDoS participation, stress testing, booters, or traffic amplification.
- No spam, mass unsolicited messages, abusive automation, or unwanted traffic generation.
- No open proxy, VPN resale, relay network, anonymization gateway, or tunneling service unless approved in writing.
- No IP spoofing, packet manipulation, network evasion, scanning, or hostile traffic behavior.
- No activity that causes IP reputation damage, abuse complaints, provider warnings, blacklisting, or network instability.
5. Content Rules
You are responsible for content uploaded, stored, linked, distributed, generated, or made available through your server.
Prohibited content includes:
- Illegal content or content that promotes illegal activity.
- Non-consensual intimate content, sexual exploitation, or content involving minors.
- Content that doxes, threatens, harasses, stalks, or targets individuals or groups.
- Malware, phishing material, stolen data, credential dumps, access tokens, or exploit kits.
- Pirated games, cracked server files, unauthorized commercial game files, or content that violates publisher licensing.
- Content that violates copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.
6. Game Server Conduct
Game servers must be operated in a way that respects player safety, platform stability, publisher rules, and the rights of other users.
- Do not run cheating services, exploit distribution, paid cheat access, or unauthorized advantage systems.
- Do not host servers designed primarily for harassment, hate campaigns, doxing, ban evasion, or abuse.
- Do not intentionally misrepresent your server as officially operated by a game publisher or by AMP Game Hosting.
- Do not install mods, plugins, scripts, or configurations that create security risks or violate publisher rules.
- Do not use server access to collect player data beyond what is necessary for legitimate server operation.
Server administrators are responsible for their own community rules, moderation practices, whitelists, ban lists, permissions, and player-facing notices.
7. Resource Abuse
Hosting resources are provided for game server operation and related management. You may not use the service in a way that causes unreasonable load, instability, or unfair use of shared resources.
- No cryptocurrency mining, proof-of-work mining, unrelated compute workloads, or resource farming.
- No excessive file storage unrelated to your game server.
- No backup hoarding, media hosting, warez storage, file dumping, or unrelated archival storage.
- No intentional crash loops, runaway scripts, fork bombs, memory exhaustion, or CPU abuse.
- No attempts to bypass storage, bandwidth, process, memory, CPU, port, or player-slot limits.
We may throttle, limit, suspend, migrate, or terminate services that create performance or stability issues.
8. Resale, Sharing, and Commercial Use
You may not resell, sublicense, repackage, lease, or commercially redistribute access to your hosted service unless expressly permitted in writing or included in a specific plan or agreement.
You may invite normal players, admins, moderators, and community members to use your game server. However, you remain responsible for their activity and for any access you grant.
If you operate a monetized game community, donation system, paid whitelist, premium role, or commercial server, you are responsible for complying with the game publisher’s monetization rules and applicable law.
9. Mods, Plugins, Scripts, and Automation
Mods, plugins, scripts, bots, and automation can create security, licensing, compatibility, and performance risks. You are responsible for what you install and run.
- Only install mods, plugins, and scripts from trusted sources.
- Do not install malicious, backdoored, pirated, or unauthorized software.
- Do not use automation to bypass rate limits, billing limits, access controls, or game rules.
- Do not run scripts that attack, scan, scrape, spam, or disrupt third-party services.
- Do not install software that attempts to escape the game server environment or access host infrastructure.
We may disable, remove, quarantine, or require removal of mods, plugins, files, or scripts that create risk.
10. Abuse Reporting
Abuse reports may include security reports, copyright complaints, harassment reports, malware reports, network abuse notices, payment fraud, or violations of this policy.
Reports should include enough detail for review, such as server name, domain, IP address, timestamps, screenshots, logs, relevant URLs, usernames, and a clear description of the issue.
Replace this with your real abuse contact, ticket form, Discord process, or support email before publishing.
11. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations using account information, server logs, network logs, files, configuration data, support records, monitoring data, and reports from third parties.
Enforcement actions may include:
- Warning or requesting corrective action.
- Disabling specific files, mods, plugins, ports, or services.
- Rate limiting, firewalling, isolating, or restricting access.
- Suspending or terminating the account or server.
- Deleting prohibited content or compromised files.
- Reporting serious abuse to providers, platforms, payment processors, or law enforcement where appropriate.
We may act immediately, without prior notice, if activity threatens security, legality, platform stability, provider relationships, customers, or third parties.
